Ingredients
- Hickory smoked rainbow trout
- Whipped cream cheese
- Lemon zest
- Fresh lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Fresh dill
- Thinly sliced shallots
- Baguette crostini
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional for crostini)
Instructions
- Slice baguette into thin rounds and toast until golden brown. Lightly brush with olive oil if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese with lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and airy.
